H&Mmm

* All H&M*

More and more these days I find H&M is my go-to highstreet store for affordable good quality clothing and accessories. At the moment I just cant get enough of all the beautiful things they have on offer and there are alot of discounts to be taken advantage of both in store and online. I'd seen this bag, loved it but stupidly not bought it. Priced at £29.99 I thought it was very reasonable..Its quite Celine-esque and I love the fact its so simple and black with no zips or buckles on the front.A few days later I went to into Lakeside H&M and headed straight for the bag section, there it was on offer for £15...so it was definitely meant to be, and even more of a bargain. I know I should be shopping for Summer but its rained so much and hasn't even been that warm , that I find it perfectly acceptable to still be wearing light sweaters - I love these two.  Have you bought anything similar recently? What is your favourite high street store?

April Be Mine..?

Denim Shirt Dress £19.99 H&M, Black Straw Oversized Floppy Hat £7.99 H&M, Wildfox Twiggy Sunglasses £162 Wildfox Couture, Metal Bar Handle Tote £40 Topshop, Dolce & Gabanna Dolce Floral £73 Boots, FENTIMAN High Leg Gladiator Sandals £35 ASOS.

The weather has certainly perked up, longer days and cute sunny evenings. Im not a massive fan of Summer and heat, but the presence of the sun has definitely given me a genuine feeling of happiness.. Plus its a chance to dress a little more lightly than I have been. Denim is massive this season, in with the 70's trends and there are lots of cute denim shirts and dresses available on the high street to buy. I love this longline denim shirt/ denim dress from H&M and its very reasonably priced at £19.99. And speaking of reasonably priced, I cant believe how affordable the high leg gladiator sandals are from ASOS!! The sunshine has also got me craving fresh floral fragrance, I love new perfumes and this Dolce & Gabanna number smells amazing!!

New Flavour Of The Month

These are a few new products I've tried, tested and loved this month .

    L'Oreal Skin Perfection Day Moisturiser
I Picked this up during an offer Superdrug had on before Mothers Day, Its priced at £14.99 and I think I paid around £7.49 for it. I've always really liked L'Oreal face moisturisers and this one is probably the nicest I've tried. I apply this after my morning face wash and I've found my Skin has been looking really fresh and bright since I started using it. I'm not sure I would pay £14.99 for it, but if I see it on offer in the future I definitely wont hesitate to buy it.

Barry M Quick Dry Nail Polish in Pit Stop
This is another thing I picked up in Superdrug on Offer, I also got Gelly Shine in Fondant, on 2 for £7. The Quick Dry nail polishes have a wide flat brush which I find makes application sooo easy. This nail polish does like the name states, dries quickly and the colour to me is just sooo perfect - its a sort of Grey with a Lilac undertone. I love neutral nail colours for everyday and for me I don't think I could have made a better colour choice..After using this, next time I see a Barry M offer I'll definitely try some more of the Quick Dry range.

Benefit RollerLash
This was a freebie in the March Issue of ELLE magazine, I'm sure you all know and bought it too. At first when I tried it I didn't personally find it better than They're Real (which seems to be the general opinion of people). However after experimenting and using this for a few weeks I've decided that while for me, They're Real is still my favourite - this is good, especially helpful when doing my teeny tiny bottom lashes. I really struggle with getting my bottom lashes to look good, and this really does work for me.

Soap & Glory Pillow Plump XXL in Coy Toy
I bought this because my favourite pink Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss accidentally went through the washing machine and tumble dryer (uh oh) ..I went into my local Boots looking for a replacement, which wasn't there as I think they've revamped it with a new name as this is seemingly the same product. I chose the colour Coy Toy which when applied is a very sheer peachy pink. This Lipgloss is basically the same as Sexy Mother Pucker, although Ive found it tingles alot more on the lips (which I like).. Id definitely recommend you try this as its a great lip plumping product.

MAC Satin Lipstick in FLESHPOT
This lipstick is a game changer, I've tried nearly all of MAC's nude/neutral lipsticks but I only discovered this one a few months ago. I now think I love this lipstick most out of my entire collection. I think the way a nude lipstick looks on you very much depends on your skin tone. This for me is just amazing, it applies so well and the colour is beautiful . I find matte lipsticks too drying but for a good block colour they're best, this is from the satin collection but the colour coverage is soo good. If you have mixedrace or tanned skin this would definitely suit you.

Have you tried any new products this month that you would recommend?

Little Haul

Marge Simpson Make Up Bag - H&M
Gold Hoops - Both H&M
Stud Ear Cuffs - Freedom @ Topshop
Sunglasses - New Look
Grey Fine Knit Sweater - H&M
Phone Case - H&M

I haven't done a haul post in ages and to be honest I've got out of the habit of photographing things before I wear them. Here are a few little bits I've picked up recently...mainly from H&M as you can see. The jumper is the grey version I mentioned in the Wish List post I did last week. I love this jumper so much honestly and for £7.50 its a total bargain. I'm such a sucker for gold hoops and finally the world is recognising their greatness, H&M have some amazing pairs on offer both in store and online. Also I always buy my phone cases from H&M as they're good quality and are usually between £3-£5. The Topshop studs are just the coolest, the gem cuff part actually goes at the back of the ear before you put the back onto the stud, and it cuffs around your ear lobe..I love them, they were £10 which is quite pricey but I treated myself with a Toppers gift card I got for my Birthday. Have you bought anything similar recently?

March Be Mine?

Heart Sunglasses - New Look £7.99 // Fine Knit Jumper - H&M £7.49 // Stone Floppy Hat - New Look £14.99 // Lorie Snaffle Loafer - Office £68 // Mustard Suede Shopper - Zara £39.99

I've never particularly been a fan of 70's style fashion, but this time around I really like it. I love the mix of textures and neutral tones. I have this H&M Jumper in a light grey colour and its really wearable with anything, this pale blue version would look so cute paired with mid wash jeans for a casual look. Im still on the hunt for the perfect floppy hat to fit my head, but now with the introduction of other colours I'm not sure whether I want the standard black one or a camel/stone coloured one. I adore these loafers from office, I think they'd be so cute for work during S/S.
Suede is massive this season for accessories and clothing, I'm not sure I'd wear a suede skirt or jacket but I'd definitely mix up my outfits with this beautiful Zara shopper. Is there anything similar on your March wishlist? What do you think of the 70's Trend?

February Be Mine..

Feather & Embellished Platform Sandals - Ashish X Topshop // Mac Cinderella Lipsticks in Free As A Butterfly // Mac Cinderella Face Power in Coupe D'Chic //  Tortoise Shell Cat Eye Sunglasses - Asos // Kake 2 Pink Patent Shoes - Topshop // Cream & Wheat Medium Lily - Mulberry // Natural White Wide Jumper - H&M

Firstly let me just say that the Ashish X Topshop heels have totally blown my mind. I loveeee them! They're a bit pricey at £120, but they would definitely be a pair of shoes to treasure forever. I also really like the pink patent Kake 2's I think they'd be so wearable during S/S. Im a black addict and generally always gravitate towards black, but recently I've got so into neutrals too. The Mulberry Medium Lily is my dream bag, and this new cream & wheat version is beautiful. Im sitting tight in waiting for the MAC Cinderella collection to be released and if I dont get my mitts on this lipstick & powder I think I'll probably be devistated haha!

Negative Space Hearts

WAH Nail Art Pen in White , WAH Love My Team

Im not even going to go into the fact that its already nearly half way through February, but boy - time really does fly these days doesn't it!? This is a simple Valentines inspired nail art which doesn't really require much skill. I used a nail polish and nail art pen from the WAH Ultimate Nail Art Kit which I got for Christmas.
All you need is love heart shaped stickers which fit your nail, or you can use masking tape ( Gently fold and cut the heart shape). Place the sticker or tape on the nail, paint over it, let dry and then gently peel the sticker away. You then use the nail art pen to dot the outline of the love heart. Paint the rest of your nails as you want , let dry and then top coat! Easy Peasy! By the way if you haven't yet tried any of the WAH nail polishes then you definitely need to. There is an amazing range of colours and they're really great quality. Will you be trying this out? Have a beautifully romantic Valentines <3

Two Six

How cute is this little red velvet cuppy my mum bought to me with my Birthday breaky?

Last week Tuesday, was my Birthday. I had a lovely chilled one with not too much fuss, just family and boyo, a day of shopping, yummy Wagamamas, a few drinks & then snuggled up and watched The Equalizer - If you haven't seen it, then do! I got lots of moneys to spend on myself which is nice and some lovely gifts too. I actually love all of my presents AND I have one more main present on the way, but it hasn't come yet - so thats something exciting to look forward to, I always enjoy post-birthday presents haha. I already have the Faux Fur Topshop clutch in Black, and as beige/camel has become my new fave colour, I'm loving this. I don't think I even need to say how amazing the Faux Fur sandals are... They're absolutely perfect for me, and just a bit bloody perfect in general. No Birthday for me is complete without a bit of luxury beauty, Benefit & MAC - definitely satisfied, and I finally got Myth :) So yeh , I can't say I'm thrilled with being 26, but I did have a great Birthday and got thoroughly loved and spoilt. Oh and by the wayyyy the LAB Almond Chai candle smells soooooooo good... I wish I could explain well enough so you could understand.

For any of you brush enthusiasts, I'm still on the hunt for the perfect make up brush set, so please leave any suggestions below if you have any!

January Be Mine..

Khaki Tunic Jumper - £38 River Island // Double Cuff - £3.99 H&M // Cut Out Cuff - £8.50 Topshop // Black Wool Floppy Hat - £28 Topshop // Black Knee High Riding Boots - £60 River Island // Jimmy Choo Blossom 60ml EDP - £45.50 // Mac Myth Lipstick - £15.50 // Complete Eye Brush Set - £55 Zoeva

This is my January/Birthday Wishlist.. My Birthday is the 27th Jan... but this year Im not really excited haha Ohh the stress of being grown up. To be honest as far as gifts are concerned, I haven't even asked for anything as I was literally so spoilt at Christmas there's nothing I want! However these are a few things I've seen recently and really like. I tried on these boots in my local River Island a few days ago and they fitted soo perfectly. The strap around the ankle is removable - which I love as they looked so beautiful without it. Like Ive mentioned previously Khaki is my new fave, this oversized longline tunic jumper is so nice and could easily be dressed up or down. Jimmy Choo Perfumes are my favourite and I cant wait to smell the new scent Blossom when its released in February. I desperately need a new eye brush set but I'm torn between which set to get - this Zoeva one does look pretty amazing and seems to have a brush for everything you could need one for. Do you have any eye brush set suggestions? If you do pleaseeee let me know which & where to buy!?!?

Cheeky Sweet Spot

Cheeky Sweet Spot - £19.33 Boots

"It’s a blushin’ blockbuster! For the FIRST-TIME EVER, Benefit’s famous box o’ powders are all together in one cheeky sweet spot. The exclusive Tips and Tricks show you how to create 2 easy looks: “do it up for daytime" and “pretty up for playtime."

 kit includes:
 • dandelion • sugarbomb • CORALista • bella bamba • hoola • rockateur • watt’s up!

So here it is, I think probably my best sale bargain of the Boxing Day Sales. This kits RRP is £29.50 , already less than half the price of its total value, being £65.94. This set sold out everywhere as soon as it was released, and I'd seen people selling them for crazy money on ebay. I found this in my local Boots store on Boxing day, for £19.33...sold - no questions asked. The Cheeky Sweet Spot kit contains 6  x 4g blushers/bronzers and a mini watts up. I don't really know what to say about this kit other than wow, and tell you that I'm in love with it. I think after its insane popularity Benefit might put together a blusher kit again at some point, but I doubt it will be at such an amazing price. I think my favourite two from this are Sugarbomb &  Coralista, but they're all really really nice. I don't know if there would be anymore of these available to buy , but its definitely worth a look at your local benefit counter or Boots.

And sorry for the delay , I've had a bit of a horrible start to 2015, but the winner of my Christmas Stocking Giveaway is;
