New Flavour Of The Month

These are a few new products I've tried, tested and loved this month .

    L'Oreal Skin Perfection Day Moisturiser
I Picked this up during an offer Superdrug had on before Mothers Day, Its priced at £14.99 and I think I paid around £7.49 for it. I've always really liked L'Oreal face moisturisers and this one is probably the nicest I've tried. I apply this after my morning face wash and I've found my Skin has been looking really fresh and bright since I started using it. I'm not sure I would pay £14.99 for it, but if I see it on offer in the future I definitely wont hesitate to buy it.

Barry M Quick Dry Nail Polish in Pit Stop
This is another thing I picked up in Superdrug on Offer, I also got Gelly Shine in Fondant, on 2 for £7. The Quick Dry nail polishes have a wide flat brush which I find makes application sooo easy. This nail polish does like the name states, dries quickly and the colour to me is just sooo perfect - its a sort of Grey with a Lilac undertone. I love neutral nail colours for everyday and for me I don't think I could have made a better colour choice..After using this, next time I see a Barry M offer I'll definitely try some more of the Quick Dry range.

Benefit RollerLash
This was a freebie in the March Issue of ELLE magazine, I'm sure you all know and bought it too. At first when I tried it I didn't personally find it better than They're Real (which seems to be the general opinion of people). However after experimenting and using this for a few weeks I've decided that while for me, They're Real is still my favourite - this is good, especially helpful when doing my teeny tiny bottom lashes. I really struggle with getting my bottom lashes to look good, and this really does work for me.

Soap & Glory Pillow Plump XXL in Coy Toy
I bought this because my favourite pink Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss accidentally went through the washing machine and tumble dryer (uh oh) ..I went into my local Boots looking for a replacement, which wasn't there as I think they've revamped it with a new name as this is seemingly the same product. I chose the colour Coy Toy which when applied is a very sheer peachy pink. This Lipgloss is basically the same as Sexy Mother Pucker, although Ive found it tingles alot more on the lips (which I like).. Id definitely recommend you try this as its a great lip plumping product.

MAC Satin Lipstick in FLESHPOT
This lipstick is a game changer, I've tried nearly all of MAC's nude/neutral lipsticks but I only discovered this one a few months ago. I now think I love this lipstick most out of my entire collection. I think the way a nude lipstick looks on you very much depends on your skin tone. This for me is just amazing, it applies so well and the colour is beautiful . I find matte lipsticks too drying but for a good block colour they're best, this is from the satin collection but the colour coverage is soo good. If you have mixedrace or tanned skin this would definitely suit you.

Have you tried any new products this month that you would recommend?

Little Haul

Marge Simpson Make Up Bag - H&M
Gold Hoops - Both H&M
Stud Ear Cuffs - Freedom @ Topshop
Sunglasses - New Look
Grey Fine Knit Sweater - H&M
Phone Case - H&M

I haven't done a haul post in ages and to be honest I've got out of the habit of photographing things before I wear them. Here are a few little bits I've picked up recently...mainly from H&M as you can see. The jumper is the grey version I mentioned in the Wish List post I did last week. I love this jumper so much honestly and for £7.50 its a total bargain. I'm such a sucker for gold hoops and finally the world is recognising their greatness, H&M have some amazing pairs on offer both in store and online. Also I always buy my phone cases from H&M as they're good quality and are usually between £3-£5. The Topshop studs are just the coolest, the gem cuff part actually goes at the back of the ear before you put the back onto the stud, and it cuffs around your ear lobe..I love them, they were £10 which is quite pricey but I treated myself with a Toppers gift card I got for my Birthday. Have you bought anything similar recently?

March Be Mine?

Heart Sunglasses - New Look £7.99 // Fine Knit Jumper - H&M £7.49 // Stone Floppy Hat - New Look £14.99 // Lorie Snaffle Loafer - Office £68 // Mustard Suede Shopper - Zara £39.99

I've never particularly been a fan of 70's style fashion, but this time around I really like it. I love the mix of textures and neutral tones. I have this H&M Jumper in a light grey colour and its really wearable with anything, this pale blue version would look so cute paired with mid wash jeans for a casual look. Im still on the hunt for the perfect floppy hat to fit my head, but now with the introduction of other colours I'm not sure whether I want the standard black one or a camel/stone coloured one. I adore these loafers from office, I think they'd be so cute for work during S/S.
Suede is massive this season for accessories and clothing, I'm not sure I'd wear a suede skirt or jacket but I'd definitely mix up my outfits with this beautiful Zara shopper. Is there anything similar on your March wishlist? What do you think of the 70's Trend?
