Merry GingerBread House-Mas

I got the gingerbread house kit from IKEA, Its not really a kit per-say but it has the walls...so I guess the tricky bit is done for you. The icing is Royal icing which is made from egg whites, icing sugar and lemon juice. You simply assemble your house and decorate as you wish. Since I can remember Ive always wanted to  make my own gingerbread house but I was too young and then with work and other commitments finding the time to make one so close to christmas was never do-able. So..when I saw this kit in IKEA I grabbed one...and finally a dream is made reality haha. Im pretty proud of it and for a first attempt I think it turned out really well!! I think a new tradition has been established.. and it was sooo fun to do!! What do you think? Did you make a gingerbread house or do any other festive baking?
The big day is only hours away now so I hope all of my readers and followers have a Merry Christmas :)

Cat Claws

NPW Cat Crazy Nail Stickers - £3

How effing cute are these nail stickers? NPW are a great brand and their nail art products are amazing value for money!! When I saw these in my local Topshop I loved them, and I'm not even really a big fan of cats haha!! These stickers can be applied onto bare nails or over nail polish, there are a few different designs in the pack - you simply peel, stick & top coat!  I used mine over Barry M Lychee the first time I tried them. My only gripe with these would be that because they're stickers not water decals they're a bit thicker which means getting them to lie completely flat to the nail can be a bit troublesome. I know there are alot of cat lovers out there who would go crazy for these! Overall I really like these nail stickers, as you know I love nail art - but sometimes if I've got a busy week at work I dont get the time or energy to do too much to my nails so these are an easy quick fix!!  I know theres only 5 days to go , but these would be a perfect stocking filler or Secret Santa gift! What do you think? Will you be trying out NPW nail stickers?

Nails Inc - Free Gifts

L-R; New York Noir, Mulled Wine, Pink Fizz

I dont usually care too much about magazine gifts, as certain magazine give away the same junk time and time again! However Glamour magazine often give away Nails Inc nail polishes, which I really like-being a nail polish fiend! Although most times, Im not too keen on the colour options!! When I saw this months Glamour magazine I was sold, I absolutely love black nail polish. My personal favourite brand of black is actually Models Own as I find it goes on smoothly and only needs 1-2 coats unlike Barry m which is really watery & streaky and has a strange finish! This freebie is soooo good! Only needs 2 coats and drys pretty quickly too :) All for the small magazine price of £2!! GO AND GET ONEEE!
The other two little cutie -bootie bottles of Nails Inc were also freebies which were wrapped up in little packages with fragrance samples, I was given them in my local boots as I bought a few perfumes! The Mulled wine colour is hott, I really like Burgundy/Red Wine shades & Pink is always a winner! So...incase you didnt realise, its getting closer to Chrismas..33 days! Just thought I'd throw that in there! Have you got any nail polish gifts recently?

Hologram&Gold

Holographic Paperbag Clutch - £12ish New Look
Lazy Oaf F This Beanie - Gift
Hexagon Necklace - £2.50 Topshop
GoGo Philip Gold Hoops - Gift

I haddd to share with you this amazing beautiful perfect holographic clutch bag! I love it, I'd been wanting a paperbag clutch ever since they first appeared in Zara but I never knew what colour I wanted as I thought the black was boring, and I don't wear alot of brown, red or blue...So I never got one! I'd been trying to find this one for ages in store but had no luck! But last week I managed to snap it up discounted online! I'll definitely get alot of wear out of it as it has a zip so its safe and its capable of holding alot of stuff..which is a must for me! Christmas party here I come! The Beanie was a very much appreciated gift, its so me- I love beanies & I'm a moody b-word..Perfect!! I'd seen these over sized shape necklaces around alot and to be honest I probably would have preferred the love heart one..but who cares hexagons are cool too haha! Lastly my beautiful lovely mumma bought me these perfect gold hoops from ASOS , They're the perfect size, colour & thickness and the fact they're studded means they're alot more comfortable to wear!! Have you bought anything similar recently?

Tartan Talons

1. Apply 1 or 2 coats of beige nail polish
2. Using a nail art pen or sharpie marker draw a thin red line 1/4 of the way up the nail
3. Draw a thick orange stripe vertically 1/4 of the way across the nail
4. Add 2 thin black lines from 1/2 the way across your nail & 1 black line horizontally 1/4 down
5. Using a gold nail polish add a thick gold stripe next to the 2 black lines
6. Draw sketchy black diagonal lines all the way up the orange stripe, let dry & top coat.
This is my easy peasy 6 step guide to tartan nails, this is such a versatile nail art because the colour choice is entirely your own!  I like these colours because they're very Burberry-esque!! This would even look cute over bare nails or white nail polish!  What do you think of this ? Will you be trying it?

November Be Mine?

Velvet Floral Oversized Top - £50 Rihanna For RiverIsland
Gold Embossed Oversized Sweater - £50 Rihanna For RiverIsland
Floral Chiffon Shirt - £45 Rihanna For RiverIsland
Multicoloured Mongolian Fur Tote - £150 RiverIsland
Candy Yum Yum Lipstick - £15 MAC
ARES Black Patenty Heavy Boot - £80 Topshop

As you have probably already noticed 4/6 of these items are from RiverIsland, I personally think River Island have really upped their game right now and I love alot of the things they have on offer in their stores and online! The Rihanna items arent available until Thursday 7th November, But you can pre-order! These are my 3 favourite pieces! If I had the moneys I'd probably buy all three pieces, but I dont...So maybe I'll debate it and settle for one! The Mongolian Fur bag is to die for, I actually have the bright cerise pink mongolian fur bag with the chunky gold chain strap, from Riverisland from years and years ago which I paid £9 for in the sale, its a treasured accessory of mine! This large fluffy lovely tote would definitely be welcomed and loved by my wardrobe! You know by now that I love MAC Lipsticks, I have the likes of 'Girl About Town' and 'Pink4Friday' but nothing inbetween, Candy Yum Yum is the most amazing colour!! Lastly the Booties...urm...Even though part of me thinks I should hate them, I most definitely dont! I'd be able to style them so many ways and I reckon they'd be really comfy!! Do you have anything similar on your November wishlist? What do you think of Rihannas Next collection?

WEIRDO

Lazy Oaf Weirdo Bobble Hat - £20 ASOS*
GoGo Philip Dog Bangle - £4.50 ASOS
CREAM Necklace - £16 Galibardy
Block Heel Gladiator Sandals - £25 RiverIsland

I always say I'm going to stop buying and in all fairness I have been extremely good and curbed my spending! Ive even started my Christmas shopping now wooohooo!! The bobble hat I bought with a £20 ASOS voucher which was kindly given to me by AO.com back in August, I'd ummed and arred over what to buy with it and decided to spend it on something Id never usually splurge on! Because £20 is alot for a hat but this is a super niceeee, good quality, well made bobble hat and I think it sums me up pretty well haha! I love GoGo Philip jewellery and I saw this amazingggg dog bangle in the ASOS sale reduced from £14 and I had to have it, Its really heavy but in a good way! Perfect piece of statement wrist wear!! The CREAM Necklace is just the best thing ever, I love statement jewellery, this definitely makes a statement and looks toooo damn good on! River Island Sale just dropped and these had £30 off! I'm still undecided on whether its appropriate to keep them, given the time of year but they're definitely beautiful & I did lust after them all summer!! Have you been buying anything similar recently?

Sharpie Sugar Skulls

1. Apply two coats of white nail polish , I used Models Own Snow White
2. Using Sharpie permanent markers, draw on your sugar skull design using any colours you like
3. Apply fimo shapes for the eyes of your sugar skulls, then use diamante add more detail if you want to, then topcoat carefully.

Despite looking like this would take forever it really didn't! I simply applied two coats of white, let that dry completely and then used my limited edition 80's GLAM Sharpies to draw on all the details. I could have used nail art pens but I just wanted to try this with the Sharpies to see how it worked out! I then used nail glue to apply the fimo shapes and diamantés as the sugar skull eyes! Perfect for Halloween or any time of the year depending on how into skulls you are!! For anyone who might like to know, the Large skull in the background is a ceramic Halloween ornament I picked up from HomeSenses/TKMaxx , for £5.99! I'll be leaving this out in my room all year round now as I love it and its glittery haha!! The small skull is a candle which was from Topshop sale last year! what do you think of this Halloween Sugar Skull Nail art, will you be trying this out?

October be mine?

 Riverisland Lime Jumper - £35
Chanel Large Classic Flap Bag £3,315
Jean Paul Gaultier Classique EDP Anniversary Edition 100ml - £70
Jeffrey Campbell ICY Doll Platforms - $255

The 2nd week of October begins!! This wishlist is definitely one for a big lotto win!! Firstly I have a Riverisland gift card for £40..And I could get this jumper but I'm a bit put off of Riverisland knitwear because the last two jumpers Ive bought from there have been faulty!! But this colour and the way it feels is soooo  nice! I keep going in and eyeing up but I just don't want to be disappointed! The amount I want a Chanel classic flap bag is unreal, Ive wanted one since forever, I never bothered to find out how much they are as I always knew whatever the price it would be out of my price range.. after looking a few days ago...my thoughts were confirmed. I need to get over to Egypt to buy myself a dupe haha!! JPG Classique perfume is my ultimate most favourite perfume ever in the whole word, Ive repurchased it time and time again. Im running really low and with Christmas around the corner I'm hoping I'll get a bottle, This anniversary limited edition bottle is beautiful, I know the product inside is the same but these are like collectors items to me! ICY Doll Platforms, they're allover instagram..I LOVE these, I honestly think they're perfect. They probably shouldn't be as appealing as they are considering the platform is filled with dolls heads but to me these are just amazing! What do you think?? Is there anything similar on your wishlist?

Easy Gingham

1. Apply 2 coats of white nail polish
2.Using a light lilac nail polish draw on your horizontal & vertical lines to create the check
3. Using a slightly darker shade of lilac carefully darken the squares where the check lines cross over, Let dry & top coat

Easy peasy gingham nails! Colour is of course your own choice I chose lilac but I also really like pink and orange for this!! Its quick easy and the results are really cool and with gingham alot of the time the checks are made to look a bit free hand so getting extra straight parallel lines isn't really necessary!! all kinds of checks are in this season from gingham to tartan and hounds tooth so this definitely fits in with the trends! Will you be trying this out? Also this is actually my 200th post, check me out hehehe :) Thankyou to all my loyal and lovely followers and readers!!

MARDI Snaffle Loafers - £24
Tartan Socks & Head Scarf - £1.50 Each Primark
G4LIFE Camo Beanie - £15 Rihanna for RiverIsland
Chiffon B Baseball Shirt - £6.24 (With Discounts) H&M

Just a little teeny weeny haul this time, and as September draws to an end I've made a vow to stop buying for me and start buying christmas presents...yep I said it! Christmas shopping already! Its my Mummas Birthday on Friday and I have all her presents ready to treat her and make her day special! Then when payday comes I'm ready to start squirelling away for Christmas :)
How super amazing are the Mardi slippers? I fell in LOVE with them instantly, they're like me but in slipper form hehehe!! The socks look so damn cute with my Madam cut out boots , perfect for the tartan/check trends this season! I mentioned on my previous post about the rihanna collection I really liked alot of it this time round but I restricted myself to the beanie, which I
love and I know I'll get alot of wear out of it as I'm known as the Beanie Queen during the Autumn/Winter months - I think I might buy myself a Lazy Oaf one too as I have a £20 voucher to spend on Asos but Im trying to be wise about it haha!! I might need to stock up as Ive heard some rumours about snow in October...In my opinion that would be the best thing EVER!!! Have you bought anything similar recently?
