Lincoln & Cashmere

OPI Lincoln Park After Dark , OPI Rollin' In Cashmere - £3.99 Each TK Maxx

TK Maxx have done it again, I didn't really want to buy anymore nail polish, but when I saw these I thought they were too good to leave behind - especially as these colours are perfect for this season, and they'll be great for some festive nail art designs. I was in my local TK Maxx a few weeks ago and couldn't find anymore OPI , so assumed maybe the one I found before had been a one off - last week I popped back in and there were loadssss!! I limited myself to just the two colours but I definitely could have bought at least 3 more haha!
'LINCOLN PARK AFTER DARK'  -This is a super super dark purple/brown colour , although I know at first glance it looks black. Its very glossy and easy to apply, I think its quite a glamorous nail colour especially for party season.  'ROLLIN' IN CASHMERE' - This is a super fine metallic gold polish, easy to apply and quick drying too. I love this colour because its really luxurious, and when it drys it has almost a matte finish.
I cant wait to get to work on some festive fingertips with these two new colours in my collection. I'm literally waiting for the 30th November to be here so I can go Christmas crazy in all aspects of my life!
I'd definitely reccommend you get to your local TK Maxx soon as I dont think these polishes stay around for long at just £3.99 each!! Which of these two colours is your favourite? Have you bagged any Nail Polish bargains in TK Maxx recently?

Peppermint Swirls

Peppermint Swirls Yankee Candle - £16.99

A few years ago at Christmas I got myself a Candy Cane scented candle from TK Maxx and absolutely loved it, so bought a couple more and put one away for the following Christmas. Which was last year, and luckily I had as I couldn't find Candy Cane candles for love nor money last year! This year I decided to get on the hunt early and I found a few in Tkmaxx & Homesenses , so I bought them and squirrelled them away! I saw This Yankee Peppermint Swirls medium jar on Ebay for the yucky price of £33.65 + £15.03 p+p !!! Which I think is absolutely extortionate, so I typed the name in allover the Internet and couldn't track it down anywhere, as it would seem this is a very rare flavour from Yankee - not even available on their website would you believe? A few days later, I tried to find it again and gave up on the idea. But after typing in 'Peppermint Candle' I was directed to Clinton Cards website  - and there it was, exclusive to Clintons!!! To say I was happy , is an under statement. I ordered it straight away and it was delivered 2 days later :)
This is such a beautifully scented candle and is absolute perfection for the oncoming of Christmas. I contemplated waiting until the 1st of December to start burning it, but I just couldn't wait any longer. Its minty and sweet , but not overwhelming like some of the other Yankee Christmas candles (Last year I had 'Christmas Eve' and it literally gave me a migraine.) This candle is one of 6 various Candy Cane scented candles I have stockpiled to burn this winter, and I'd definitely recommend you get your mitts on this one, as its very rare and hard to find and oh sooooo lovely!! Im not a Yankee Candle nutter, like a lot of Bloggers are, but of the ones I have tried - this is my favourite! Whats your favourite Winter/Christmas Candle? Any reccommendations for me?

As I've said before if its furry I want it , and as you can see it...they are furry and I do want them! The coat and the bag are both perfect for my taste at the moment! Khaki&Fur

Khaki Reptile Huarache - £85 Nike
Faux Fox & Black Faux Fur Stoles £17.99 Each New Look
Khaki Collarless Longline Shirt - £19.99 H&M
Necklaces & Earrings £3 Each Topshop

If its Black, Khaki or Faux Fur - I want it. Thats pretty much how I feel about life right now. Although Im trying my very hardest not to shop too much as Christmas is coming up(wooooohoooooo)!! Huaraches are the most comfortable footwear ever anyway and I've injured my ankle, which is going to take a while to heal - alongside some physio sessions, so these are the perfect and most stylish way I can stay pain free. I absolutely love them & I'm on the look out for the all black ones too. The two fur stoles were soo hard to photograph so check out the online photos here , they're longline - which I loveeee and the quality of the faux fur is soo luxurious & soft. There is also a white/brown mixed version which is lovely.  The shirt I ordered at the beginining of September & it took agesss to come (H&M Online is a Jokeee) I'd forgotten I ordered it so it was a nice surprise to come home from work too, and I'd say it was definitely worth the wait. As always Topshop is the place to pick up gorgeous jewellery bargains! I got these bits online as Topshop have kindly given me Free NextDay Delivery for the rest of the year - so £9 delivered for all 3 was a big bargain!! What have you been buying recently?

October Be Mine..?

Ci Collar - £19 Pieces // Grey Chunky Knit - £14.99 H&M // Dolce & Gabbana Por Femme - £61.50 Boots // Quilted Chain Handle Bag - £165 Love Moschino // Multi Faux Fur Collar - £35 ASOS // The Real Steal Set - £19.50 Benefit

The weather is definitely chilling down and I'm in jumper mode already. I literally cannot get enough of grey jumpers, I just think they're so versatile and go with a lot, especially if you're like me and own a lot of black haha. Its drawing near to the end of the month, this weekend coming the clocks go back so its time to get cosy - if thats not a good enough excuse to buy more jumpers , I don't know what is!!                                     If its faux fur - I want it...thats pretty much my motto of the moment , I adore this stole from ASOS. I've got three different brand new fur stoles hanging in my wardrobe already so its doubtful I need more...although I probably definitely DO need more. This wishlist will have to remain a wish for now, as the season to be jolly creeps closer and closer. Im going to try and only buy christmas gifts...try! What is your favourite item from my October wish list? Is there anything similar on yours?

I Snow You Love Me

OPI ' I SNOW YOU LOVE ME' - £3.99 TKMAXX

I picked up this lovelyyyyy OPI nail polish steal for the tiny price of £3.99 in my local TKMAXX over the weekend. I dont have many OPI polishes as they cost around £11.50 each which I think is a bit much for a nail polish, especially when there are others of equal quality at less than half the price. As soon as I saw this I just thought it would perfect for the oncoming party season - I love holographic chunky glitter!! Ive used this already and the result was pretty special, all I did was applied 2 coats of GOSH Hologram and then used an orange stick to individually place the pieces of glitter onto the nail for a more uniform finish. I find diamantes always get caught on jumpers and tops and then fall off..and this gives the same effect but with a much flatter finish. People have not stopped commenting on my nails at work and they look amazing when they catch the light. Im going to check in at TKMAXX more often from now as they had some great beauty products on offer.
Im definitely looking to revamp my nail polish collection for this season , do you have any A/W favourites you think I'd like?

Current Favourites

I love to see what other peoples favourite products of the moment are, So I thought Id share my own favorites with my readers.

MORROCANOIL - If you know alot about hair products, you'll know that Morrocanoil is raved about by alot of people, and you will also know that its one of the more expensive products on the market. My nanny bought this me while she was on in Australia, it was still expensive but I think it worked out a little cheaper. I try to be as careful as I can with this as I dont want to waste it. Ive been applying a small amount of this to my hair everytime I wash it for the past 6/7 months now and my hair is so much healthier and definitely breaks a lot less. I also love this for applying after straightening my hair to keep my baby hairs under control.

Natural Collection Liquid Liner - I have been using this product for quite literally 10+ years now. I have tried other liquid liners and liked them to but this is for me one of the products I just cant live without. This liquid liner is easy to apply and long lasting. I'm a massive fan of winged eyeliner and people always ask me which products I use and are shocked when I tell them its a £1.99 Liquid Liner from Boots. If you havent tried this then you definitely need to. In my opinion it rivals a lot of the other beauty brands both High Street and high end.

Benefit World Famous Neutrals ( Most Glamorous Nudes) - As I said in a previous post, I bought this for myself as a treat during an asos promotion as I had been eyeing it up for a while. I have been using this everyday since and its the perfect transitional palette. It includes two cream shadows and 4 eyeshadows, which compliment eachother and make for gorgeous subtle or dramatic eye make up.

Carmex Original - I've been using Carmex for the longest time, its the only lip balm I use now. I don't know how much of a good thing that is, as I genuinely think im addicted to it...If I dont have a pot on me at all times I panic haha! Its definitely for me the best solution for keeping dry lips at bay, especially with the change of season well and truely approaching. A lot of people swear by normal Vasaline but I think Carmex is wayyy better, plus it has a slightly minty tingle to it which I like.

MAC Frost lipstick in 'Gel' - MAC lipticks are my favourite ever and I don't ever use any other brand of liptick. Im crazy about nude lips, be that matte or shimmer. This is my favourite shade from their Frost range, its a warm slightly golden nude, its perfect for a quick lip fix as I don't have to think too much about application. This one of my everyday go-to shades! Its very complimentary to my skintone, but I think its a pretty universal shade that would suit most people!

Do you have any of the same or similar favourites? What products cant you live without?

Fur Fauxs Sake

Faux Fur Oversized Paperbag Clutch - Topshop
Faux Fur Stole - Primark
Mini Dolphin Hoops - Topshop
Pearls, Ear Cuff & Faux Nose Cuff - River Island

Faux fur is absolutely everywhere right now and I had been thinking about making my own fur clutch for months but never stumbled across a good enough quality faux fur to do so, when I saw this one in Topshop I thought let me save myself the trouble. Its very reasonably priced at £28 & I had 10% off so it was around the £25 mark - I couldn't love it more. The stole was only £10 from primark so I actually bought two haha! I love the look of a pierced nose but cant bare the thought of going through the pain as I've heard its one of the worst piercings? .. so this nose cuff is perfect for me, the same with the ear cuff too really - Wimp Alert!! Some of you may remember when I got the large dolphin hoops from ASOS which I absolutely adore, so when I saw these baby versions I had to have them!
I'm already on the look out for more faux fur goodness, have you been buying any?

September Be Mine?

Fedora - Newlook £14.99 // Double Drop Pearls - River Island £4.00 // Platform Boots - H&M £29.99 // Oversized Roll Neck - Zara £35.99 // Textured Twist Cuff - Topshop £8.50 // Hinged Bracelet - Topshop £10 // Mulberry Medium Lily - Mulberry £895

This Mulberry bag is beyond stunning , I saw it in store recently and it was just beautiful! I'll keep dreaming and maybe one day it'll be mine! Grey jumpers are my weakness anyway and this is a particularly nice one. There's just something I love about grey oversized jumpers for A/W, This zara number is reasonably priced too so definitely one I might have to purchase. Chunky boots are also a craving for me, there are so many different styles around , they're perfect for adding a bit of height and edge to normal everyday outfits!! I'm still absolutely addicted to gold jewellery but recently I've found my taste is must more simplistic and chic in regards to jewellery so these simple wearable pieces are perfect. Is there anything similar on your September Wishlist?

Glamorous Nudes

World Famous Neutrals/Most Glamorous Nudes - £18 Benefit via asos

I bought this for myself as a treat a few weeks ago when it was on promotion after lusting after it for a while. Im sooo very glad I bought as its an amazing set! Considering the eyeshadows and creaseless creams retail at £15.50 each when bought separately, this set works out as an amazing deal. The set contains two  Creaseless Cream Eyeshadows (which can also be used like gel liners) and four Longwear Powder Eyeshadows. I dont know if I could pick a favourite from this palette as I adore everything featured in it, but my most used so far are 'Kiss me, I'm Tipsy' and 'Gilt-y Pleasure'. I love my Urban Decay Palettes but this is my new favourite - although I have been mixing it up and using my Naked Basics along with this, which works really well. I think if anyone was looking for a middle of the price range neutral palette, which offers great quality and versatility then this would be it! Perfect for day to night transitional eye make up, subtle or dramatic looks and they're easy to apply and super long lasting. Do you have any other must have Benefit products you think I should try?

Also congratulations to Aishling Browne from LE STAGE for winning my Giveaway!!

Black, White & Grey

Small Chain Strap Quilted Bag - Topshop Gift
Diamante Bar Through Choker - Topshop £3.50
Grey Sunny Knit Jumper - French Connection £32.50
White Grid Oversized Shirt - New Look £19.99
Fang Double Buckle Sandals - Topshop £25
Fernando Flatform Sandals - Topshop £15

In all honesty, I have been very well behaved in regards to spending and shopping recently. Although above photographs would suggest otherwise. These are a few of the things I have accumulated over a couple of weeks. Im sooo very into Black and White at the moment, I think its the simplicity. Topshop had a mega sale on again so I snapped up some real bargains. Both pairs of sandals are super comfortable and when I look down at my feet and see them , they make me happy haha! I questioned whether I was silly for buying new sandals so far into summer, as it has rained pretty much everyday for the last 2/3 weeks...but who cares they're definitely perfect for summer to autumn transition, plus there are rumours of a few more warm sunny days on the way! I quite literally cannot wait to get back into wearing jumpers again, this Grey one from French Connection is soo soft and yummy, I actually bought the Lime Green version about a month ago and have stored it away safely in my winter stock drawer hehe!! Knowing how lovely it was, was what pushed me to purchase the Grey  too - you cant ever go wrong with a Grey slubby jumper. Are you ready for the onset of A/W? Have you been buying anything similar recently?

August Be Mine?

Mickey Jumper - £19.99 H&M // Huarache - £79.99 Nike // Decadent Earrings - £15 ASOS // White Jeggings - £20 DP // Black Duster Jacket - £29.99 New Look // Black Flap Bag - £110 DKNY

Im sooo into Black and White at the moment , both on their own and together. New white jeans are definitely on my list, and Dorothy Perkins Jeggings are such a comfortable fit - I'm considering getting those instead of normal jeans. Im not sure if there are many more sunny days to come , so I'm starting to look for Autumn/Winter investments! I loveee sweaters and jumpers so I'll definitely be purchasing lots of those!! I saw this DKNY  bag in Selfridges recently and its sooo nice and well made. Its nice that it doesn't have the logo stamped all over it, like so many of the other designs by DKNY - the price isn't really too horrendous either! Duster jackets are set to be massive during A/W and there are so many colours and patterns to choose from, although I think if I do get one , I'll be sticking with Black . My favourite. Is there anything similar on your August Wishlist?
